Question 1

What areas does SETEC cover?

Accepted Answer

We supply, install and maintain security systems across Delhi NCR — including Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. For larger projects we serve locations across India.

Question 2

Do you provide installation, or only supply the equipment?

Accepted Answer

Both. Every product can be supplied with professional installation, cabling and configuration by our own technicians. We also handle site surveys and system design at no cost.

Question 3

Can I rent security equipment instead of buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Selected equipment — such as our AI face-recognition system and metal detectors — is available on a rental basis for events, projects or short-term needs. Contact us for rental terms.

Question 4

How much does a CCTV or security system cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the number of cameras/devices, coverage area and features. We provide a customised quote after a free site survey. Call +91 8920005835 or submit an enquiry for pricing.

Question 5

Do you offer maintenance after installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) cover preventive maintenance, priority repairs and support for your CCTV, access control, screening and fire-safety systems.

Question 6

Can I view my CCTV cameras remotely on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We configure mobile viewing on Android and iOS so you can watch live and recorded footage from anywhere, across single or multiple sites.

Question 7

What brands and technologies do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We work with a wide range of ONVIF-compliant IP cameras, NVR/DVR recorders, biometric and RFID access control, boom barriers, scanners and fire-safety panels — chosen to fit your requirement and budget.

Question 8

How long does installation take?

Accepted Answer

A typical small-to-mid office CCTV setup is completed within 1–3 days after survey and approval. Larger, integrated projects are scheduled and phased with you.
